Introducing the Adventure Bike Trophy D10, intended for high-performance cyclo tourism and based on a high quality 7020T6 aluminium alloy welded frame. The mechanical properties of this alloy make it perfect for building bike frames. Thanks to our own production, we can adjust the frame geometry to the build of every concrete customer so that he has a custom bike. The basic frame geometry is designed with a view to calm and balanced handling properties and a comfortable ride. The frame geometry is designed for rigid front forks. Without front suspension the bike becomes more agile, and it looks more like a bike for cyclocross. Even in the case of standard fittings we consider technical details such as the installation of mudguards and rear carrier.
Every semi-finished frame is carefully prepared on CNC machines. The frame top tube has a specific shape, thanks to which the cables for the front derailleur, rear derailleur and rear brake are located elegantly inside the shape of the top tube. Welding is followed by hand finishing to achieve a visually perfect frame.
The Trophy D10 satisfies even the most demanding cycle tourists and travellers who like riding on cycle paths or in the country on demanding terrain. The bike can also be prepared and equipped for longer expeditions. Fitting a front and rear light, including front dynamo recharging. We can also expand your luggage space with a front carrier. We can even fit bags onto the handlebars. Your voyage of discovery can begin...We are happy to custom build a bike for you!
