Paralympic cyclist Jiří Ježek started C4 class road time trial race in London.
Jirka’s dream came true and he reached the gold medal with time 32:59,92 in a24 kmrace!Thus, he has become the first Czech gold medalist at the Paralympics inLondon. Jirka rated the racing circuit in Brands Hatch as tough, but fair.
Romanian Novak took second place (33:06.93), Czech cyclist Jiří Bouška claimed the bronze medal with time 33:34.92.
Jiří Ježek’s victory of the medal in London also means that he was awarded the title for the most successful disabled cyclist in the previous history of the Paralympics.
