Women's bike Torain C1 - 27.5", with a geometry intended for women and their occasional racing. A mountain bike intended exclusively for women, in particular by virtue of its geometry, which fulfils the ergonomic requirements corresponding to the female anatomy. Female frame geometry is completely different from male frame geometry. The length of the top tube of the frame is shortened, and the head tube is lengthened, because compared to men women have longer legs and a shorter torso. When selecting a woman's bike we recommend that emphasis be placed on components such as woman's seat, ergonomic handles for handlebars, and also that an appropriate gearing range be chosen. If the bike is constructed properly your ride will be a quality sporting experience, and we will happily help you make the selection. Thanks to our own production, we can customise frame geometry, and not only in the case of physical disproportions or anomalies.

The Torain C1 is a quality aluminium frame made of 7020T6 alloy. During frame design use is made of large-diameter tubes, which better resist the dynamic strain during the ride and offer the cyclist faster reaction and good handling in the terrain due to their rigidity. The profiling of the rear stays ensures comfort during the ride. Thanks to our own production, we can customise frame geometry, and not only in the case of physical disproportions or anomalies. | The conical head tube is for bearings 1-1/8"- 1-1/2". The larger diameter of the bearing in the lower part of the head ensures optimal distribution of the flexural moment from the braking force at the fixed point. Detailed view of welding on the seat tube - top tube - rear stays node. Duratec frames are hand welded and then ground by hand. They do not have a conventional bead shaped by a welding robot, because the weld is performed by hand in several steps. The Torain C1 frame is only suitable for a front derailleur on a brazed-on. The advantage of the attachment is a shaped join, and during use there cannot occur twisting of the front derailleur, as occurs in the case of fixing to a clamp. |

The chain holder is screwed onto the inner side of the rear frame dropout and is a highly valuable aid especially for those who often remove the rear wheel from the frame. Thanks to this clever little gadget, when you remove the wheel the chain will stay on this holder, and you can handle the bike just as you want without having to secure the chain. So, clean hands, secured chain, and the optimum state for transport. |

IS fixing for rear disk brake. The frame Torain C1 is manufactured as standard for a disk brake with max diameter of 180 mm. The rear frame dropouts are CNC milled. Steel inserts are inserted in the dropouts which make it possible to secure the rear wheel with the requisite torque and ensure that washers are not pressed directly into the frame. These inserts can be replaced. |
